Take a Tour with the Beth El Civil Rights Experience

We run periodic Community Tours for individual and small group sign ups. If you are interested in attending, but don't see a date that works for you, reach out to info@templebethelexperience.org to learn more about private tour options (for groups of less than 10) or to be notified about future dates. Groups of ten or more can request reservations at any time through our website.

On February 20th, stay and join us for a musical Kabbalat Shabbat as we kick-off our annual Civil Rights Experience Shabbat! Dinner will follow; register at: https://www.templebeth-el.net/form/cre-shabbat-2026.html 

The cost for this tour is as follows:
  • $7 / local students (Jefferson & Shelby Counties) 
  • $12 / Temple Beth El members
  • $15 / Non-members
Please be sure to register everyone in your party. 

We recommend this experience for middle school and up. No prior knowledge necessary; all are welcome. Please note: no backpacks, large bags, firearms or weapons of any kind allowed in building.
