Miles College

Dear Temple Beth El,
 
I’m writing to ask for your help in an endeavor that will be life-changing for our choir students at Miles. On April 10-14, we will be traveling to New York City to sing at Carnegie Hall! We are now raising funds for this memorable opportunity and reaching out to those who have supported us previously or to those we hope will partner with us in this undertaking.
 
To make this a moment in our students’ lives that will be forever etched in their memories, we would like to not only take them to perform but also to fully enjoy the New York City experience. For example, we’d like to take them to see a Broadway show, the Statue of Liberty, and other great attractions.
 
The price per student is $2,500 which includes airfare, hotel, transportation fares, and the other events we’ll be planning for our students. We are want to include 50 students from the three choral entities that are a part of Miles College. Your contributions would be much appreciated.

You may also mail a check to 5500 Myron Massey Blvd, Fairfield, AL 35064 payable to Miles College and in the memo write Carnegie Hall for Choir to my attention (Valerie R. Harris), or I will gladly meet you in person.
